Is JD a real person?
No — JD is an AI assistant trained on how Jatin works and what he knows about the GTA market. It answers instantly, 24/7, and never sleeps. The moment you want a human, JD hands you to Jatin, a licensed Broker of Record who follows up personally, usually the same day.
Can JD show me listings?
Not yet. JD can tell you what to look for, what a neighbourhood tends to trade at and how offers work, but it never invents listings or prices. Tell it what you want and Jatin sends hand-picked options from the MLS personally.
Can JD tell me what my home is worth?
JD explains what drives the number and points you to the right free estimator — house, condo, restaurant or land — which gives an instant range from sold data. Jatin then tightens the range personally.
Is it free? Do I have to sign up?
