A 19-storey, 315-suite Olympia & York tower from 1974 with large two-bedroom-plus-den suites, an indoor pool and a fee that covers hydro, heat, cable and parking. Cheap per square foot for a reason: it is a 50-year-old building, and you are buying its reserve fund as much as your suite.
