Thirteen low-rise and townhome corporations. Two are the closest buildings to Kipling in the whole area — and two share a name while being different corporations.

346 The West Mall is a co-op, not a condominium — it has no corporation number because it cannot have one. And its published 23-minute walk to Kipling measures 38.

One database shows 234 and 236 Albion with identical stats, implying one building. They are three distinct corporations — MTCC 655, 710 and 706. Here is the proof.
