Fit4Less at 1255 The Queensway rates 3.8 across 951 reviews — by far the most reviewed and by far the lowest rated. That is not a scandal, it is the budget-gym pattern everywhere: high volume, low price, crowded at peak, and a review base that reflects it. If price is your first filter it is still the cheapest option on the corridor. Just go at an off hour.
The condo gym question
Worth saying plainly, because it affects what you should pay for: most new buildings on this corridor market a fitness centre, and most of those are a handful of machines and a mirror. Buildings like IQ and Loggia have genuine amenity space including pools. A newer boutique building with 140 suites is not going to give you what a dedicated studio does.
If a real gym matters to you, check what is actually in the amenity room before you assume it replaces a membership — and note that the two best-rated studios sit at 775A, walking distance from the 600–900 building cluster.
