Of every category I looked at on this corridor, dentistry is the strongest. There are seven practices with a verified Queensway address and every single one rates 4.7 or above. That is unusual. Most streets have a couple of good clinics and a couple of bad ones.

Kailash Dentistry holds a straight 5.0 across 328 reviews, which is the single most impressive rating I found anywhere on The Queensway in any category. KM Dental Group has the largest review base at 391 and still holds 4.9. Both are sustained results rather than a good quarter.
Queensway Family Dentistry sits at 4.9 on a smaller base of 133 — excellent, but on fewer data points. If you want the safest bet by volume, the top two are where the evidence is deepest.
Why a realtor is writing about dentists
Because “is there a dentist nearby” is a question people ask after they move, and it is a genuinely good signal about a neighbourhood. Seven well-rated practices inside a few kilometres tells you this corridor has a stable, established residential population — not just new condo buyers, but families who have been here long enough to keep seven dental practices busy.
Practically: the cluster runs from 625 to 1024. If you are buying anywhere between Park Lawn and Kipling you have four or five options within a short drive and at least one within walking distance. That is not true of every part of Etobicoke.
