It is townhomes, not a tower, and it has no amenities to speak of — which is normal and keeps fees low. The important thing to get right here is transit. Line 5 Eglinton opened on 8 February 2026, but its western end is Mount Dennis, far east of here. The station that will serve this address is still under construction with no announced opening date.

On the developer question: one database credits Fernbrook alone, an UrbanToronto thread credits Cityzen alone, and both Fernbrook’s own past-communities page and a listings aggregator confirm both. It is a joint venture, not a conflict.
Amenities: none listed anywhere. One source explicitly returns “No Data.” Fees are reported to include water, with hydro, heat and air conditioning excluded. For a townhome community that is exactly what you would expect and is a feature, not a gap: no pool, no concierge, no gym means no one is paying for them.
The condominium corporation number is not published by any source I found, nor is a property manager. Get both from the status certificate.
One minor oddity: one database tags the location as Princess-Rosethorn in one place and Willowridge–Martingrove–Richview in another; a second source says Willowridge–Martingrove–Richview. The latter is the better answer.
The Eglinton Crosstown, stated accurately
This is where I see the most misinformation in listings for anything on Eglinton Avenue West, so I want to be precise.
Line 5 Eglinton opened to passengers on Sunday, 8 February 2026, beginning an introductory service period. The opened line runs Mount Dennis to Kennedy — about 19 kilometres, 25 stations and stops, more than 10 kilometres of it underground.
Line 5’s western terminus is Mount Dennis, at Weston Road. That is well east of 4780 Eglinton Avenue West. There is no open Crosstown station near Widdicombe Hill today.
The Eglinton Crosstown West Extension — running west from Mount Dennis toward Renforth Drive, with a longer-term plan to reach Pearson — is under construction, not open.
The extension station nearest this address is Kipling-Eglinton Station, an underground station at Kipling Avenue and Eglinton Avenue West. Per Metrolinx, its entrance will be on the northwest corner of the intersection, positioned to minimise impact on a neighbouring woodlot, and it will connect to TTC bus routes 32, 45, 945 and 405, with access to the Eglinton West Trail. As of the Metrolinx information I read, the station was in the piling phase with excavation to follow; site clearing occurred in March 2025. Martin Grove-Eglinton Station is the other nearby extension station.
No opening date for the extension is published by the sources I read. So the honest sentence — the one you should use, and be suspicious of anyone who does not — is: a future underground Crosstown station is under construction at Kipling and Eglinton, and no opening date has been announced.
Transit as it exists today
There is a bus stop at Eglinton Avenue West at Widdicombe Hill Boulevard, served by the 32 Eglinton West and the 332 Eglinton West night bus. Islington subway station is roughly a five-minute drive. Highway 401 and Martin Grove Road are within about four minutes by car.
That is a genuinely convenient location for a driver and a workable one by bus. It is not, today, a rapid transit location — and if you are paying a premium on the expectation that it soon will be, understand that you are making a bet on a construction schedule that nobody has published.
What I could not verify
- The condominium corporation number — not published anywhere I looked.
- The property manager.
- Any published litigation, special assessment or major repair.
- An opening date for the Eglinton Crosstown West Extension.
The takeaway
This is a straightforward 2018 townhome community from two established builders, with no amenities and therefore no amenity costs, and a genuinely wide range of unit sizes — up to nearly 3,000 square feet, which is house territory. The location works well for drivers now. If your reason for buying is the Crosstown, be clear about what you are actually buying: the line that opened in February 2026 stops at Mount Dennis, and the station that would serve this address is a construction site with no announced opening date.
