Kingsview Village–The Westway holds three townhouse condominium corporations totalling 232 units. All three are managed by the same company. Two of them publish overlapping street-number ranges on the same street, which is a problem worth understanding before you write an offer.

Walking distances are measured on the pedestrian network using the OSRM foot profile, not straight lines. The three corporations
26 Peach Tree Townhouses — MTCC 575
Metropolitan Toronto Condominium Corporation 575, registered 17 March 1982. 78 units, completed 1982, on Maple Branch Path and Peach Tree Path. Suites roughly 1,200 to 2,000 square feet. Managed by GSA Property Management. Two live units showed fees of $675 and $695 a month; there is no building-wide rate and no inclusion list. No amenities are recorded.
The sequence check passes: the already-covered Islington 2000 is MTCC 570, and a corporation numbered 575 registering in March 1982 is consistent with a slightly later number.
Islington Place Townhouses — YCC 409
York Condominium Corporation 409, registered 22 August 1978. 74 units, spread across Maple Branch Path, Sweet Pea Path and Peach Tree Path. Suites roughly 1,499 to 1,900 square feet. Also managed by GSA Property Management.
No fee figure is published anywhere — the fee field shows the default unpopulated string, which means no data, not an exclusion list. The twelve-month change reads 0 per cent across zero sales: a null result, not a market signal.
Tamarack Circle Townhouses — MTCC 771
Metropolitan Toronto Condominium Corporation 771, registered 10 March 1988. 80 units at 1 to 80 Tamarack Circle. Suites roughly 1,299 to 2,000 square feet. Managed by GSA Property Management. Again no published fee, and again 0 per cent across zero sales.
One detail worth noting: during that same twelve months there were active asking prices in the corporation of roughly $829,000 to $899,000. The corporation is listed but not transacting. A building with listings and no sales is telling you something a price chart cannot.

The address problem on Maple Branch Path
This is the finding that matters most on this page.
Two different corporations are credited with the same street numbers on Maple Branch Path. MTCC 575 is published as covering Maple Branch Path up to number 91 on one source and up to 96 on another. YCC 409 is published as starting at Maple Branch Path 60 on one source and 93 on another. Under any combination of those readings, the ranges collide.
I cannot resolve it from published sources, and I am not going to invent a boundary. The practical consequence for a buyer is concrete: on Maple Branch Path, a street number does not reliably tell you which corporation a home belongs to. Get the corporation number from the status certificate, not from the address. Two adjacent homes on this street can sit in different corporations with different fees, different reserve funds and different boards.
Why there are no storey counts here
All three corporations are recorded as “1 floor” or “1 storey” by condos.ca. Where a second source carries a real figure it says two storeys at 26 Peach Tree. The single-floor value appears on every townhouse corporation in north Etobicoke without exception and is a default, not a measurement. No storey count is published on this page.
Transit, measured
Islington subway station is between 6.5 and 6.8 km on foot — 87 to 91 minutes from these three corporations. That is not walkable by any definition, and no honest description of this area should imply otherwise.
The usable numbers are:
- Tamarack Circle — 2.21 km, about 30 minutes to Weston GO and UP Express.
- 26 Peach Tree — 2.64 km, about 35 minutes to Etobicoke North GO.
- Islington Place — 2.76 km, about 37 minutes to Etobicoke North GO.
Since December 2025 there is also Line 6 Finch West along the northern edge of this part of the city, which changes the picture for buildings closer to Finch Avenue. That is covered on its own page, linked below.
One manager, three corporations
GSA Property Management holds all three. That is convenient in one respect — the same office knows the whole pocket — and worth noticing in another: if you are comparing two of these corporations, you are comparing two budgets prepared by the same manager, not two independent opinions. Read both reserve fund studies.

Frequently asked questions
Which condominium corporations are in Kingsview Village?
Three townhouse corporations totalling 232 units: MTCC 575 (26 Peach Tree Townhouses, 78 units, 1982), YCC 409 (Islington Place Townhouses, 74 units, 1978) and MTCC 771 (Tamarack Circle Townhouses, 80 units, 1988). All three are managed by GSA Property Management.
Why do two corporations claim the same addresses on Maple Branch Path?
Published address ranges for MTCC 575 and YCC 409 overlap on Maple Branch Path, and the sources disagree with each other about where each range starts and ends. It cannot be resolved from published data. Get the corporation number from the status certificate rather than inferring it from the street number.
What are the maintenance fees in Kingsview Village townhouses?
Only 26 Peach Tree has published figures – two live units at $675 and $695 per month, with no inclusion list. Islington Place and Tamarack Circle publish no fee data at all.
How far is Kingsview Village from the subway?
Islington station is 6.5 to 6.8 km on the pedestrian network, roughly 87 to 91 minutes on foot. It is not walkable. Etobicoke North GO is 2.6 to 2.8 km and Weston GO is 2.21 km from Tamarack Circle.
Are these buildings actively selling?
Not much. Islington Place and Tamarack Circle both recorded zero sales over the twelve months on record, despite Tamarack Circle carrying active asking prices of roughly $829,000 to $899,000 during the same period.
