The Mississauga GO stations with the most condos within walking distance are Port Credit and Clarkson on the Lakeshore West line, Cooksville on the Milton line, and Kipling just over the line in Etobicoke. Port Credit has Westport (28 Ann St), Tanu (21 Park St E), NOLA and North Shore (1 Hurontario St) within about 400 m. Clarkson has Sheridan Club and Waldens Landing on Walden Circle. Cooksville has four 22-storey Hillcrest Avenue towers about 250-300 m away. Erindale, Meadowvale, Lisgar and Malton have little within a 1 km walk. As at October 2026, the Hazel McCallion LRT is still under construction and has no opening date.

Which GO stations in Mississauga actually have condos within walking distance?
Mississauga has nine GO train stations, plus Kipling just over the line in Etobicoke. They sit on three different lines, and the condo picture around each one is very different. Port Credit, Cooksville, Clarkson and Kipling have real clusters of apartment-style condos a short walk from the platform. Dixie has a handful. Streetsville has a few small low-rise buildings. Meadowvale, Lisgar, Malton and Erindale have almost nothing you could honestly call a walk.
Here is the station-by-station list I use when a buyer tells me “I want to be able to walk to the GO.” Every building below was checked on a building-record page. Where I could not confirm a year, I left it blank.
*How I measured distance: I placed each building address and each station on OpenStreetMap and measured the straight line between them, rounded to the nearest 50 metres. Your real walk is longer, because streets, rail fences and parking lots get in the way. Where the map could only find the street, not the exact number, I wrote “near” instead of a number.
Which line is each station on?
This matters more than people think. The Lakeshore West line runs trains in both directions all day. The Milton line, according to the Wikipedia station articles, runs trains in the peak direction in rush hours only (inbound in the morning, outbound in the evening), with GO buses filling in the rest of the day. The track is shared with freight, which is why that has been slow to change. Always check the current GO timetable before you buy on a promise of service.
| Station | Address | GO line | Condo walkability (my view) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Port Credit GO | 30 Queen St E, Mississauga | Lakeshore West | Strong: a dozen-plus buildings |
| Clarkson GO | 1110 Southdown Rd, Mississauga | Lakeshore West | Good: 1970s-80s towers plus one new project |
| Kipling (subway + GO) | 950 Kipling Ave, Toronto | Milton + TTC Line 2 | Strong: newer towers right at the station |
| Dixie GO | 2445 Dixie Rd, Mississauga | Milton | Fair: older towers on Queen Frederica Dr |
| Cooksville GO | 3210 Hurontario St, Mississauga | Milton (LRT coming) | Strong: Hillcrest towers plus new builds |
| Erindale GO | 1320 Rathburn Rd W, Mississauga | Milton | Weak: townhouse condos over 1 km away |
| Streetsville GO | 45 Thomas St, Mississauga | Milton | Fair: small low-rise village buildings |
| Meadowvale GO | 6845 Millcreek Dr, Mississauga | Milton | Weak: nearest towers about 1 km |
| Lisgar GO | 3250 Argentia Rd, Mississauga | Milton | Weak: townhouse condos only |
| Malton GO | 3060 Derry Rd E, Mississauga | Kitchener | Weak: nearest tower about 1 km |
What condos are near Port Credit GO?
Port Credit is the best answer in Mississauga if you want a condo, a two-way train and a village on your doorstep. I cover the neighbourhood itself in buying a Port Credit condo on the Mississauga waterfront.
| Building | Address | Built / status | Size | Distance to station* |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Westport | 28 Ann St | 2024 (Edenshaw) | 22 storeys, 359 suites | about 100 m |
| The Royal Crest | 66 High St E | 1987 | 13 storeys, 48 suites | about 250 m |
| 15 Elizabeth | 15 Elizabeth St N | 1973 | 10 storeys, 47 suites | about 250 m |
| Tanu | 21 Park St E | 2022 (Edenshaw) | 15 storeys, 204 suites | about 250 m |
| 39 Stavebank | 39 Stavebank Rd N | 1975 | 13 storeys, 48 suites | about 300 m |
| NOLA | 8 Ann St | 2019 (FRAM) | 15 storeys | about 350 m |
| North Shore | 1 Hurontario St | 2011 (FRAM) | 22 storeys, 213 suites | about 400 m |
| Port Elaine Place | 50 Port St E | 2009 | 5 storeys, 16 suites | about 450 m |
| The Regatta II | 80 Port St E | 2005 | 6 storeys, 90 suites | about 500 m |

| 55 Port | 55 Port St E | Year not confirmed | 9 storeys, 31 suites | about 550 m |
West of the Credit River, the first Brightwater buildings (215 Lakeshore Rd W and 220 Missinnihe Way) are also in the Port Credit area. They are a longer walk to the platform, across the river, so I would not sell them to you as “walk to GO” without timing it yourself.
Notice the mix: new towers beside the station, and small 1970s buildings with under 50 suites. In the older ones, the reserve fund matters most.
What condos are near Clarkson GO?
Clarkson GO is a big commuter station with large parking garages. The condos around it are mostly 1970s and 1980s towers on Walden Circle and Inverhouse Drive, plus one new project on Southdown Road.
| Building | Address | Built / status | Size | Distance to station* |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| S2 Stonebrook Private Residences | 1035 / 1055 Southdown Rd | New build (United Lands); building record lists 2026 | 19 storeys, 473 suites | about 150-200 m |
| Sheridan Club | 1271 Walden Cir | 1989 | 15 storeys, 112 suites | about 350 m |
| Waldens Landing | 1110 Walden Cir | 1989 | 11 storeys, 124 suites | about 350 m |
| 966 Inverhouse | 966 Inverhouse Dr | 1976 | 17 storeys, 197 suites | about 500 m |
| Inverhouse Manor | 965 Inverhouse Dr | 1976 | 11 storeys, 125 suites | about 600 m |
| 2001 Bonnymede | 2001 Bonnymede Dr | 1976 | 3 storeys, 215 suites | about 650 m |
Clarkson suits buyers who want more space for the money and an all-day train, and do not need a trendy main street outside the door.
What condos are near Cooksville GO?
Cooksville is the most interesting station on this list for the next five years. It is on the Milton line now, and the Hazel McCallion LRT is being built along Hurontario Street right past it. The closest buildings are four 22-storey towers on Hillcrest Avenue. New projects are coming on Agnes Street and Dundas Street.
| Building | Address | Built / status | Size | Distance to station* |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Emerald Gate | 135 Hillcrest Ave | 1994 | 22 storeys, 340 suites | about 250 m |
| The Carlyle II | 115 Hillcrest Ave | 1990 | 22 storeys, 341 suites | near |
| The Carlyles | 145 Hillcrest Ave | 1990 | 22 storeys, 341 suites | about 250 m |
| The Carlyle III | 155 Hillcrest Ave | 1991 | 22 storeys, 341 suites | about 300 m |
| Waterford | 25 Agnes St | 1971 | 13 storeys, 101 suites | about 500 m |
| MW Condos | 45 Agnes St | Pre-construction (JD Development Group) | 28 storeys, 320 suites | about 500 m |
| 3170 Kirwin | 3170 Kirwin Ave | 1976 | 16 storeys, 152 suites | about 550 m |
| Arte Residences | 89 Dundas St W / Novar Rd | New build (Emblem); registered Sept 2025 | 18 storeys, 430 suites | near |
| 5 & 10 | 110 Dundas St W | Pre-construction (Conservatory Group) | 3 storeys, 140 suites | about 700 m |
When the LRT opens, these buildings will be close to both a GO station and a rapid transit line. That is a real story, but a future one, and I explain below why I would not pay for it yet.
What condos are near Dixie GO?
Dixie GO is just south of Dundas Street East. The nearest condo apartments are a row of older buildings on Queen Frederica Drive, in Applewood.
| Building | Address | Built / status | Size | Distance to station* |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| The Windsor | 3025 Queen Frederica Dr | 1971 | 15 storeys, 112 suites | about 600 m |
| 3065 Queen Frederica | 3065 Queen Frederica Dr | 1971 | 11 storeys, 70 suites | about 700 m |
| 3085 Queen Frederica | 3085 Queen Frederica Dr | Year not confirmed | 11 storeys, 71 suites | about 750 m |
| 3105 Queen Frederica | 3105 Queen Frederica Dr | — | — | about 800 m |
| 3145 Queen Frederica | 3145 Queen Frederica Dr | — | — | about 950 m |
| 1195 Queensway East Townhouses | 1195-1225 Queensway E | — | Townhouse condo | about 900 m |
Dixie suits a buyer on a tighter budget who drives most days and wants the train as a backup for downtown. The bigger Applewood towers on Bloor Street are about 1.5 km or more away, which is a bus ride, not a walk.
What condos are near Kipling station on the Etobicoke edge?
Kipling is in Toronto, but it is the first stop most east Mississauga buyers think about, because it combines the Milton GO line, the end of TTC Line 2 and the MiWay bus terminal. It is the strongest “walk to transit” condo pocket in this whole list. I go deeper in living near Kipling station.
| Building | Address | Built / status | Size | Distance to station* |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Nuvo at Essex I | 35 Viking Ln | 2007 (Tridel) | 30 storeys, 339 suites | about 100 m |
| Nuvo at Essex II | 25 Viking Ln | 2008 (Tridel) | 29-30 storeys, 334 suites | about 100 m |
| Parc Nuvo | 15 Viking Ln | 2012 (Tridel) | 36 storeys, 339 suites | about 200 m |
| The Essex II | 5233 Dundas St W | 2005 (Tridel) | 24 storeys, 314 suites | about 200 m |
| The Essex I | 5229 Dundas St W | 2004 (Tridel) | 22 storeys, 234 suites | about 200 m |
| The Kip District 2 | 30 Samuel Wood Way | 2023 (Concert) | 24 storeys, 286 suites | about 500 m |
| The Kip District | 20 Thomas Riley Rd | 2019 (Concert) | 28 storeys, 282 suites | about 550 m |
| Cypress at Pinnacle Etobicoke | 50 Thomas Riley Rd | 2023 (Pinnacle International) | 25 storeys, 295 suites | about 600 m |
Distances here are measured from Kipling subway station. The GO platform is right beside it, joined by a bridge.
What condos are near Streetsville GO?
Streetsville is a village, and its condos match: small and low-rise. If you want a quiet main street and can live with rush-hour trains, it is charming.
| Building | Address | Built / status | Size | Distance to station* |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Princess Mews | 336 Queen St S | 1977 | Single-storey townhouse condo, 36 units | about 150 m |
| Condos on Broadway | 215 Broadway St | 2019 | 3 storeys, 16 suites | near |
| Tannery Square | 32 Tannery St | 2001 | 6 storeys, 46 suites | about 750 m |
| The Vic | 58 Tannery St | Under construction (Forest Green Homes) | Low/mid-rise | near |
| Ville Condominiums | 60 Tannery St | Pre-construction (Forest Green Homes) | 4 storeys, 63 suites | about 800 m |
Inventory here is thin. Buildings this small may have only a few resales a year, so you need patience, and you need someone watching for you.
Are there condos near Erindale, Meadowvale, Lisgar or Malton GO?
Honestly, not many. These stations were built as park-and-ride commuter stops, surrounded by business parks, highways or houses. Here is what is closest.
| Station | Building | Address | Built | Distance* |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Erindale | 3360 The Credit Woodlands (townhouse condo) | 3308-3360 The Credit Woodlands | 2011 | about 1.4 km |
| Erindale | Victoria Park Place (townhouse condo) | 3220-3270 The Credit Woodlands | 2011 | about 1.6 km |
| Meadowvale | The Parkview | 6500 Montevideo Rd | 1984, 12 storeys | about 1.0 km |
| Meadowvale | 2301 Derry Road | 2301 Derry Rd W | 1978, 10 storeys | about 1.0 km |
| Meadowvale | Hallmark Place | 6720 Glen Erin Dr | 2006, 11 storeys | about 1.4 km |
| Lisgar | Triumph Lane Townhouses | 7102-7258 Triumph Ln | 2011, 2 storeys | about 1.25 km |
| Malton | 3533 Derry Condos | 3533-3577 Derry Rd E | 1973, 9 storeys | about 1.1 km |
| Malton | Westwood Abbey (townhouse condo) | 7170 Darcel Ave | 1976 | about 1.55 km |
From Erindale, the Mississauga City Centre towers are about 2.5 km away, so buyers there usually rely on the Transitway and MiWay rather than walking to the train. If downtown Mississauga is on your list, my City Centre condo buildings guide covers those towers. Malton is on the Kitchener line, not the Milton line.
Is the Hazel McCallion (Hurontario) LRT open in 2026?
No. As at October 2026 the Hazel McCallion Line is still under construction, and Metrolinx has not published an opening date. Here is what the public record shows:
- Metrolinx describes it as 18 km of light rail with 19 stops, from Port Credit GO to the Brampton Gateway Terminal, connecting to the Lakeshore West and Milton GO lines.
- It was first meant to open in fall 2024. In November 2025, NOW Toronto reported that nine of the 19 stop platforms were built and no opening date had been set.
- Metrolinx’s May 2026 community update for Mississauga South said the structural steel for the Port Credit station entrance buildings was complete, with roofing and curtain wall still underway.
- Metrolinx posted a notice for slow-speed light rail vehicle testing on Topflight Drive to Hurontario Street from August 11 to 18, 2026.
- Wikipedia’s project article notes that Mississauga’s mayor has pointed to 2029. Treat that as a projection, not a promise.
- The downtown Mississauga loop was cut in 2019. The province said in early 2026 that it would cost about $1.6 billion and that it would fund it. It is a separate, later project.
Which condos will the LRT serve when it opens?
The LRT runs up Hurontario Street, so the buildings that gain the most are the ones on or just off Hurontario, especially where it meets a GO station.
| Area / stop | Condos it should serve | GO connection |
|---|---|---|
| Port Credit (south end) | North Shore (1 Hurontario St), Westport (28 Ann St), Tanu (21 Park St E), NOLA (8 Ann St) | Port Credit GO, Lakeshore West |
| Hurontario between Port Credit and Cooksville | Courtney Club (2091 Hurontario St, built 1989, 12 storeys) | None directly |
| Cooksville / Dundas | Hillcrest towers (115, 135, 145, 155 Hillcrest Ave), Waterford, MW Condos, Arte Residences | Cooksville GO, Milton line |
| Mississauga City Centre spur | The City Centre towers on and near Rathburn Rd and Hurontario | None; connects to the Transitway and City Centre Transit Terminal |
My take
If you want a condo near a GO station in Mississauga today, start with Port Credit, then Clarkson, then Kipling on the Etobicoke side. They have two-way all-day service (Kipling also has the subway) and real choice in buildings. Cooksville is my pick for the buyer who is willing to wait for the LRT, but I would buy a Cooksville tower at today’s price, for today’s commute, and treat the LRT as upside. Do not pay a “transit premium” in 2026 for a line with no opening date.
Watch out
A lot of the closest buildings here were built in the 1970s. Before you firm up, read the status certificate and the reserve fund study, and ask about planned window, balcony, elevator and riser work. A cheap price per square foot can hide a large special assessment. Also, land near GO stations attracts new towers, so the view you buy today may change.
How do I compare two condos near the same station?
- Time the walk. Walk it at 7:30 a.m. in your work shoes. Straight-line distance does not count rail fences or a long parking lot.
- Check the line, not just the station. Lakeshore West and Milton are very different services.
- Compare fees per square foot. Older buildings often have higher fees but bigger suites.
- Look at what is planned next door. Check the city’s development applications for the blocks around the station.
- Price it properly. If you already own near one of these stations, my how much is my condo worth in Mississauga guide explains how to price a suite in an older tower against a new one.
If you are leaning toward the lake but want an all-day train, look at Long Branch GO too. It is just across the border in Etobicoke, one stop east of Port Credit. I cover it in living near Long Branch GO station.
I help buyers and sellers in these buildings and across Toronto and the GTA. Tell me your station and I will tell you what has sold nearby and what is coming.
Condo Valuation
What’s your condo
worth today?
Three quick steps. Condos don’t price like houses — your floor, your view, and whether you own parking move the number more than anything else. This weighs all of them.

That happens constantly in condos — one has the parking, the right exposure, or a board that keeps the reserve fund healthy. A model can’t see your status certificate. I can.

Frequently asked questions
Which Mississauga GO station has the most condos nearby?
Port Credit GO has the largest cluster, with buildings such as Westport (28 Ann St), Tanu (21 Park St E), NOLA (8 Ann St) and North Shore (1 Hurontario St) within roughly 400 m in a straight line. Cooksville and Clarkson are next.
Is the Hazel McCallion LRT open?
No. As at October 2026 it is still under construction and Metrolinx has not announced an opening date. Light rail vehicle testing took place in August 2026, and the mayor has pointed to 2029, which is a projection, not a confirmed date.
Does the Milton GO line run all day?
Not as trains. According to the Wikipedia station articles, Milton line trains run in the peak direction in rush hours, and GO buses cover the rest of the day. Check the current GO timetable before you buy.
Which GO line serves Port Credit and Clarkson?
Both are on the Lakeshore West line, which runs trains in both directions all day. That is the main reason condos near these two stations are in demand.
Are there condos near Meadowvale or Lisgar GO?
Very few within walking distance. The closest apartment condos to Meadowvale GO, such as The Parkview at 6500 Montevideo Rd, are about 1 km away in a straight line, and Lisgar has mainly townhouse condos about 1.25 km away.
Is Kipling station in Mississauga?
No. Kipling is in Etobicoke, Toronto, at 950 Kipling Ave, right on the Mississauga border. It combines the Milton GO line, the west end of TTC Line 2 and a bus terminal with MiWay service.
Should I pay more for a condo because the LRT is coming?
I would be careful. With no opening date, I suggest you price a condo on the transit it has today and treat the LRT as upside. My Mississauga condo value guide explains how I price suites.
