Living here
Renters, Airbnb and elevators at 19 Centennial Park Road Townhouses
Do mostly owners or renters live here?
Too few deals in the last 24 months to read the owner and renter mix reliably. Ask me and I will pull the building’s history.
Can you Airbnb a unit at 19 Centennial Park Road Townhouses?
No active City registrations here right now. In Toronto you can only host in your principal residence, a whole unit for at most 180 nights a year, with a $390 yearly registration and 6% accommodation tax. You cannot buy here to run it as a full-time Airbnb. Check the condo’s rules in the status certificate before you count on it.
How reliable are the elevators?
Ontario requires residential buildings to report any elevator outage lasting 48 hours or more, and this address has none on record. Elevators still need modernizing every 25 to 30 years, so check the reserve fund study for the date.

Before you buy here
Five things the listing will not tell you about 19 Centennial Park Road Townhouses
- Reserve fund health. Ask for the latest reserve fund study and its date. A thin fund in an older building usually means fee jumps or a special assessment.
- Special assessments and big repairs. Check the status certificate for planned levies and for balcony, garage, window or elevator work.
- Insurance deductible. Find the corporation’s deductible for water damage. If it is higher than your own policy covers, raise your coverage before closing.
- Fee trend. Compare this year’s budget with last year’s. Rises of 2–5% a year are typical; bigger jumps need an explanation.
- Lawsuits and rules. Look for legal claims against the corporation, and for rules on pets, short-term rentals and leasing.
Send me the status certificate and I will flag anything that matters before your conditional period runs out.

The townhouses at 11 to 19 Centennial Park Road and 580 to 586 Renforth Drive are among the older condominium townhouses in Etobicoke: 55 homes, registered in 1974, on the edge of Centennial Park. They rarely appear on the market, and when one does, buyers tend to judge it by the kitchen. I would judge it by the corporation. I’m Jatin Dua, RE/MAX Quantum Realty.
Quick answer
19 Centennial Park Road Townhouses is a low-rise condominium townhouse complex of 55 homes at 11 to 19 Centennial Park Road and 580 to 586 Renforth Drive in the Eringate-Centennial-West Deane neighbourhood of Etobicoke, Toronto, near Rathburn Road and Renforth Drive. It was built in 1974. The condominium corporation is YCC-133, registered on 26 March 1974, and condos.ca lists Wilson Blanchard as the property manager. Condos.ca does not list what the maintenance fee includes.
19 Centennial Park Road Townhouses at a glance
An early Ontario condominium
Ontario has only had condominium legislation since the late 1960s, so a corporation registered in March 1974 belongs to the first generation of condo townhouses in the province. The low corporation number, YCC-133, tells the same story.
That age cuts both ways. On the plus side, the complex has a long operating history, and the documents should show how the board has handled big repairs over five decades. On the minus side, many of the original building parts are well past their first life, and some are probably on their second or third.
When you read the status certificate here, read it as the history of a building, not a snapshot. Look for a pattern of steady maintenance and sensible fee increases rather than long freezes followed by sharp jumps.
Which corporation are you buying into?
This complex shares Centennial Park Road with a second, separate corporation. YCC-305, known as Centennial Park Town Homes, covers 1 to 15 Centennial Park Road and was registered in 1977. The numbers overlap, so a listing on this street could belong to either one.
The difference is not cosmetic. Each corporation has its own board, budget, reserve fund, rules and manager. Condos.ca lists Wilson Blanchard here and ICC Property Management next door. Check the legal description on the listing before you compare fees, and ask your lawyer to confirm the corporation number early, not just on closing.
Having two complexes of similar age beside each other is also a useful test. Walk both. Compare the roofs, paving, fences and landscaping, and ask for both fee levels. It is rare to get such a direct comparison.

The homes, the parking and the park
Condos.ca records the complex as one storey, which is how its database usually lists townhouse complexes. In practice these are multi-level homes, and condos.ca does not publish a size range, so measure the home you are considering and ask whether the stated area includes the basement.
Condos.ca lists a parking garage, visitor parking and barbecues permitted. Confirm whether the home has its own garage or a space in a shared one, because the maintenance responsibility and the fee impact are quite different.
The address sits near Rathburn and Renforth, with Centennial Park to the west. The park opened in 1967 on part of a former dairy farm and now holds a golf centre, a conservatory, the Etobicoke Olympium, arenas, a stadium and many sports fields. The city added new diamonds, courts and pitches in 2026, when the park was a team training site for the FIFA World Cup.
The streets around the complex were mostly built in the 1960s, with brick bungalows on wide lots, and the neighbourhood has its own library branch, Elmbrook Park, and a local plaza, Eringate Mall. Daily life here is suburban: quiet residential streets, Highway 427 close by for anyone who commutes by car or flies often out of Pearson, and most errands done by car. If you want to walk to a café every morning, this is not that pocket of Etobicoke.
What 50 years asks of a townhouse corporation
At this age, the questions are about money and timing. Roofs, windows, exterior doors, paving and site drainage all have finite lives, and in a complex of 55 homes each project is shared among relatively few owners.
The reserve fund study is the key document. It should show when each major item is expected to be replaced and whether there is money for it. If the study is out of date or the fund is thin, expect higher fees or a special assessment, and price that into your offer.
Inside the home, ask what has been updated. Electrical panels, plumbing, insulation and windows vary a lot between units in older complexes, depending on what previous owners and the corporation have replaced. A good home inspector is worth the fee here. Ask, too, who is responsible for the furnace, the air conditioner and the water heater, and whether any of them are rentals that transfer to you on closing.
How to price a home here
At the time of writing there were no homes listed for sale or lease here, and condos.ca did not publish a building price per square foot. That leaves no active asking range to cite and no clean building average.
With 55 homes and slow turnover, sales are sparse. Start with the recorded sales and leases in the data panel on this page. Then look at the neighbouring YCC-305 and at other 1970s condominium townhouses in central Etobicoke, adjusting for size, parking, basement finish and what each fee covers.
Also compare with freehold bungalows and side splits nearby. If a townhouse here is priced close to a small house, the house may be the better long-term buy. If the gap is wide, the townhouse is a practical way into the neighbourhood. My building sold report pulls both sets of comparables.

Amenities at 19 Centennial Park Road Townhouses
The amenity list is short, and that suits a townhouse complex. You are not paying for a concierge, gym or pool through your fee, and Centennial Park nearby provides the sports fields, trails and indoor recreation that a tower would try to build in.
Jatin’s honest take on 19 Centennial Park Road Townhouses
Who this building suits
Families and couples who want a multi-level home with their own front door in central Etobicoke, close to a major park, without paying detached prices. It also suits buyers from a condo apartment who are tired of elevators and shared hallways and want a home that feels like a house.
What I’d want you to check
Confirm the home is in YCC-133 and not YCC-305 next door. Read the reserve fund study and status certificate with roofs, windows, paving and drainage in mind, since this is a 1974 complex. Ask what the fee includes, because condos.ca does not list it, and which parts of the home the corporation maintains under this declaration. Read recent board minutes for planned exterior work, and have a home inspector look at wiring, plumbing and insulation.
The value question
The value case is location and format: a townhouse beside a large city park in an established neighbourhood, at a lower price than a house. The trade-off is age and a shared purse for the big repairs. If the reserve fund is healthy and the board has a clear plan, I think this is a reasonable long-term hold for an owner-occupier. If not, negotiate accordingly, or look at the corporation next door and see whether it is in better shape for a similar price.
